Keeping your code in sync

How to refresh your repositories, projects, and reports so Code Lexica reflects the latest code.

2 min read

Code Lexica keeps its understanding of your codebase current through on-demand refreshes. When you push changes and want your maps, reports, and chat answers to reflect them, you can trigger a refresh directly in product.

How to refresh

  • Click the refresh button next to any repository in Data Settings to re-sync its data.
  • Click the refresh button next to a project to re-sync every repository in that project at once.
  • Individual reports can also be refreshed from the report itself so you get an updated analysis against the latest code.

Credits and approval

Refreshes may incur credit or usage limits depending on your plan. Any time a refresh will consume credits, the cost is shown explicitly in the in-product approval flow before anything runs, so there are no surprises.

Automatic refresh

Automatic refresh settings (scheduled re-syncs and push-triggered updates) are coming soon. Until then, refreshing is always under your control.
